NOTES FOR STALLHOLDERS

HORDLE ANNUAL VILLAGE FAIR ON SATURDAY 31ST AUGUST 2019 -1PM-5PM

Thank you for expressing an interest in having a stall at the Hordle Annual Village Fair this year – Please call Clive on Tel: 07812 187779 to discuss any details.

The Fair will be held at: The Recreation Ground, Off Vaggs Lane, Hordle SO41 on Saturday 31st August from 1pm-5pm, and we have a Falconry display, Classic cars as well as a dog show, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Lindi hop demonstrations!

Application Form: Please complete and return the attached Application Form and remittance together with a copy of your Public Liability Insurance.

STALL SET-UP DETAILS:

Pitches: The cost of a 4m-frontage x 4m-depth space is £15.00 and just £5 extra should you require tables and chairs.
(No ropes to be used – Please keep within your space)

Set-up: From 11.30am with all stalls set up by 12.30pm to open at 1.00pm
(No stall to be packed up or removed before the fair closes at 5pm)

Car Pass: On receipt of your Application Form and remittance a Car Pass will be issued for DISPLAY IN YOUR VEHICLE – Please indicate if you require more than one pass.

Please note: in the interest of safety no vehicles are to be moved between 12.30pm and 5pm.

Also for safety reasons no parking is allowed at your stall – all stallholders will be directed to an area close by, set aside for vehicles.

All Stallholders must supply evidence of Public Liability Insurance with their Application Form. (HCA members may be covered by the Hordle Community Association’s Insurance if you do not have your own).
